Acceptable Use Policy — PowaAgent

Operator

PowaAgent is operated by CertainData Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17354647 (official name: CERTAIN DATA LTD), whose registered office is at Venture House, 2 Arlington Square, Downshire Way, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 1WA.

You may use PowaAgent to power lawful AI-agent workloads on your behalf. You may not use it to facilitate the following.

Prohibited uses

• Any activity that is unlawful under laws or regulations applicable to you, PowaAgent, the transaction or the relevant data or service.
• Sanctions evasion, transactions involving sanctioned persons or entities, or attempts to circumvent applicable sanctions controls.
• Money laundering, terrorism financing, or proliferation financing.
• Fraud, deception, identity theft, or unauthorised account takeover.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other unlawful harmful content.
• Purchase, distribution or use of unlawfully obtained personal data.
• Malware, credential theft, malicious cybersecurity activity, or attempts to compromise systems or accounts.
• Intellectual-property infringement or use of purchased data outside the seller's applicable licence.
• Sharing PowaAgent credentials across organisations, or configuring your agent to bypass PowaAgent controls, seller controls, or applicable terms.
• Probing, scanning, disrupting, overloading, or otherwise abusing PowaAgent or third-party services accessed through it.

PowaAgent may screen transactions, wallets and counterparties against applicable sanctions and financial-crime controls.

Agent conduct

You are responsible for the actions of any AI agent you connect to PowaAgent using your API key. Rate abuse and cost-runaway from misconfigured agents may result in restrictions or suspension.

Enforcement

PowaAgent may block transactions, restrict functionality, suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe this Policy has been violated or where action is required for security, legal or regulatory reasons. Where appropriate, we may investigate suspected violations and report matters to relevant authorities.
