PowaAgent is operated by CertainData Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17354647 (official name: CERTAIN DATA LTD), whose registered office is at Venture House, 2 Arlington Square, Downshire Way, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 1WA.

Agent-behaviour risk

PowaAgent enables an autonomous AI agent to spend funds from your wallet under a Delegated Signing authorisation. AI agents can misinterpret instructions, loop, or exhibit unexpected spending patterns. PowaAgent's spending controls (deny list, allow list with approval queue, per-transaction / daily / monthly caps, ecosystem toggles) mitigate but do not eliminate this risk. You should configure caps conservatively and monitor your Pending Approvals queue.

Third-party seller risk

PowaAgent facilitates payments to third-party sellers. On the curated PowaHub catalog (Premium and Standard tiers), Premium sellers are subject to PowaHub's enhanced verification process; Standard sellers are self-onboarded. On Open Ecosystem calls (endpoints outside the PowaHub catalog), PowaAgent applies no verification and no governance — you are transacting directly with the seller and PowaAgent is not in the funds path.

PowaAgent does not warrant seller data quality, availability, uptime, freshness, or licensing.

Custody and Delegated Signing

You hold your own Base EOA wallet, provisioned via Coinbase CDP under your authenticated PowaAgent session. PowaAgent does not custody your funds. You can export your wallet's recovery key at any time via Coinbase's secure key-export iframe. Your Delegated Signing authorisation to PowaAgent is revocable at any time from your dashboard; revocation takes effect immediately for all future calls.

Every payment request is also evaluated against the spending controls configured for your account before PowaAgent signs it.

Settlement risk

Paid calls currently settle in USDC on the Base blockchain. Digital assets and blockchain networks involve risks including network outages, protocol failures, smart-contract or infrastructure vulnerabilities, transaction delays, and changes in the value, availability or redeemability of the relevant digital asset.

USDC is issued by Circle and is subject to risks associated with the issuer and its reserve and redemption arrangements. Base is a third-party blockchain network that PowaAgent does not control.

Operational risk

PowaAgent strives for high availability, but no service is immune to outages. If PowaAgent's /sign endpoint is unavailable, your agent's paid calls will fail. Sellers may also be independently unavailable.

Pricing

PowaAgent does not charge an account or subscription fee at launch. Purchases through the PowaHub catalog may include a platform markup in addition to the seller's listed price. The total transaction amount is presented before authorisation. Open Ecosystem transactions currently do not include a PowaAgent platform fee.

Regulatory status

PowaAgent is operated by CertainData Ltd.

Digital-asset and cryptoasset regulation is evolving. Certain activities involving cryptoassets may require registration, authorisation or other regulatory permissions depending on the activities performed and the jurisdictions in which they are carried on.

CertainData Ltd is assessing the regulatory permissions applicable to PowaAgent's activities and will not carry on regulated activities where a required registration or authorisation has not been obtained.
